Spiritual talks on Sleep and Dream
As I am the spiritual student and want to share my experience about dreaming. Have you ever experienced good sleep when you do meditation before going to bed?
I felt very good experiences when our mind is stable practicing Rajyoga Meditation on daily basis. We do meditation in the early morning, noon time, evening time and last in night before sleep. If you do this meditation practice daily basis in your life, you will feel very good experience with very good sleep. Your waste thoughts will be finished, even in dream too. In dream, you will not dream waste. How many hours of sleep do you take daily? We have to take sleep which we actually need. My sleep hour is from 10 pm to 3.30 am. Sleep is also a good therapy to give rest to your mind.
One thing, I would like to share that many people has sleep issue. I want to share my experience to those people. They should practice Rajyoga Meditation before sleep. Your sleeping issues will be solved from this. Do not lie on bed if you are not sleeping. It will increase laziness. Getup early morning and start meditation. Follow this routine. It will cure your insomnia.
